From Calhoun County. Enlisted as a Corporal July 6, 1861, at Marshall, for 3 years, age 24. Corporal August 20, 1864. Captured at Culpepper Virginia and died at Andersonville, Georgia, July 9, 1864.(This is a tentative identification that hopefully someone may be able to confirm)
