This monument is located in Pine Grove Park approximately 2 miles south of the Blue Water Bridge to Canada, directly across from Port Huron Hospital on Pine Grove Avenue.

This monument is on Water St. located in front of the Federal Building in Port Huron.

The Plaque reads:

This boulder and tablet
were placed here by the
The Department of Michigan
Woman's relief Corps
in memory of and dedicated to
The Civil War Veterans
1861-1865.
" They are sleeping in the valley's
They are sleeping neath the sea
They are sleeping by the thousands
Till the final reveille "
